Public Health Nursing staff is available to do PRI’s and PCA’s in the home. These services can be reached at 607-337-1660.
PRI – Patient Review Instrument is an assessment to determine level of care for placement in long term care. The PRI helps to determine if an individual is nursing home level of care.
PCA – Personal Care Services are for elderly or disabled persons who would like to maintain independence in their home.
