Food Service Establishments

The Chenango County Division of Environmental Health works diligently to protect the public health. This office permits food service establishments. Permitted facilities are routinely inspected for compliance with Part 14 of the New York State Sanitary Code in an effort to avoid imminent health hazards and promote sanitary conditions.
