WRAP

Through the Weatherization, Referral and Assistance Program (WRAP), the agency provides the services of an Energy Packager to seniors throughout the county.  The Packager assesses the housing needs of clients in relation to energy use, weatherization and home repair.  The Packager acts as liaison between the applicant, agencies and contractors that can provide service.
