HOUSEKEEPER/CHORE WORKER

An in- home service that provides case management, light housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping and simple food preparation to those 60 years of age and older experiencing difficulty maintaining their household due to physical limitations. Eligibility is determined through an in-home evaluation with the individual including a financial assessment.  The cost, if any, is shared with the participant based on the participant's income.
