The Expanded In-Home Services for the Elderly Program provides case management, in-home personal care, respite, and ancillary services for individuals who are not eligible for Medicaid. Eligibility is determined through an in-home evaluation with the individual including a financial assessment. The cost, if any, is shared with the participant based on the participant's income. |
